The Taber Museum is proud to present programs with topics that are varied and interesting. Often the programs are presented during 10 AM Coffee Hours on Thursday mornings, from March through June and September through December, and in Society Programs held Sunday afternoons, May through October.
Recent events have included the following subjects.
- Reenactors: Meg Geffken as Betsy Ross and Susan B. Anthony, and Robb Warren as Mark Twain.
- Musical events, such as local singer/songwriter Scott Schell and annually, the Williamsport Music Club with a Christmas program.
- Lectures with fascinating topics of local interest:
- The history of the Stearns Department Store
- Elaine Decker on the "Tiniest Mansion in Williamsport"
- Central Pa. railroads
- Williamsport's Blue Pottery
