The Taber Museum hosted young gardeners on April 13, as they put together their own fairy gardens.

The workshop was conducted by floral designer Rosemary Nevill. Each child was supplied with a container, stone, dirt, moss, small treasures and a smaller container to create a water feature. In addition, each child got several ‘dinosaur’ eggs. Each egg contained a dinosaur, farm or woodland animal for the Fairy Garden.

The event was a sell-out, with kids (and their parents) having a grand time getting dirty in the garden.
