American Indian Life & Frontier Culture Explored

The Thomas T. Taber Museum of the Lycoming County Historical Society will be hosted its Annual Day Camp for Children July 30-August 3, 2012.

The camp focused on American Indian life and frontier culture through a series of gallery visits, hands-on activities, and visits with reenactors. Activities included flint-knapping with Gary Fogleman, a musical interlude with Lucy and Bruce Henry on the dulcimer, a spinning demonstration with Joy McCracken, basketmaking with Sally Hilsher, and the production of a personalized tee shirt with Carol Bledsoe.
