Dansbachers

The Thomas T. Taber Museum of the Lycoming County Historical Society invites you to an outdoor concert on Thursday, August 22, with a return of the ‘Dansbachers’. Drawn from members of the Danville Legion Band, this musical group performs songs reflecting a Germanic heritage and polka. By popular demand, the band will perform favorites including the ‘Pennsylvania Polka’! This concert will begin at 7:00pm and is sponsored by W.R. Sims [Insurance] Agency. An old-fashioned ice cream social, with ice cream supplied by generous donor Schneider Valley Farms, will follow.

In the case of rain, the events will be held in the Community Room of the Taber!

Parking is available in the parking lot behind the museum or on the street. The museum is located at 858 West Fourth Street, Williamsport.
