Holiday Hours

Williamsport- The Thomas T. Taber Museum of the Lycoming County Historical Society

has announced its holiday hours. The museum will be closing at 12 Noon on Christmas Eve,

December 24, in order that the hard-working staff can enjoy some quality time with family and

friends. For last minute shopping in the Museum Store, viewing ‘My Favorite Toy’ exhibit, or

coming to see the Shempp Train Exhibit, the Museum will be open from 9:30 am until noon

on that day. The Museum Store is fully stocked with ladies’ scarves and jewelry, handsome

stoneware coffee mugs, handcrafted limberjacks, and stocking stuffers including keychains,

nail files, and magnets. The Museum will be closed on Christmas Day, December 25, and

New Year’s Day, January 1.
