History Day Camp took place in the last week of July, 2025. Campers learned about the Civil War and the nineteenth century. Each day had a theme and included looking at canals and the railroad; past-time and leisure activities of the 19th century; the life of a Civil War soldier; logging and lumbering; and the log boom.

The campers got to ride on the Hiawatha, tour the Rowley House restored Victorian mansion; and visit with Queen Victoria and Mary Todd Lincoln.
