The Taber Museum wasa hub of activity on November 23-24, 2019. That weekend the Preservation Williamsport tour of homes, churches and museums and the Will Huffman Toy Train Expo, brought throngs of folks into the Museum. The theme was "Riding Through Time" - Transportation in Victorian Williamsport.

On Saturday, November 23, the Taber Museum was on the Preservation Williamsport house tour. Folks on the tour could visit the Museum as part of the tour of homes that were located both in and outside of the Williamsport Historic District.

The Community Room of the Museum hosted Will Huffman Toy Train Expo layouts on both Saturday and Sunday, and the Museum was also open on Sunday, for visiting. More train layouts could be seen at Park Place and at the Peter Herdic Transportation Museum,.

On Saturday, with both the tour and the trains, more than 1000 guests visited the Museum. The Museum staff and volunteers were kept very busy.
