The old adage ‘One man’s trash is another man’s treasure’ is certainly true when one visits the YesterShoppe! yard sale at the Thomas T. Taber Museum of the Lycoming County Historical Society!

YesterShoppe! is held in June, usually coinciding with the Way’s Garden Art Show.

The Museum solicits donations of items for the yard sale in May and June of the year. Items to be donated might include knick knacks, household appliances in working order, small items of furniture, household linens, toys, games, puzzles, books, sporting equipment, lamps, office supplies and other items of interest. It is not unusual to see items of historic interest.

On the day of the sale, the Shoppe opens early. Those arriving early get the best selection. Baked goods are available too.
