FairyWilliamsport- The Thomas T. Taber Museum of the Lycoming County Historical Society will be holding a workshop for children, aged 6-10, on Saturday, April 13, 2024, at 1:30pm. The workshop which will last approximately an hour will allow the children time to construct a Fairy Garden. All materials will be supplied including a container, stone, dirt, moss, small treasures and a smaller container to create a water feature. In addition, each child will be given several ‘dinosaur’ eggs. Each egg will contain a dinosaur, farm or woodland animal to place within the Fairy Garden. Cost for a child to participate is $10.00 and pre-registration is required as the workshop is limited to twenty children. Well-known floral designer Rosemary Nevill will be conducting the workshop.
