Ben Franklin at the TaberBenjamin Franklin, the well-known politician, statesman, publisher and inventor will make a guest appearance at the Thomas T. Taber Museum on Saturday, August 24, 2019 at 2 pm. During this interactive program, Mr. Franklin will speak about his many scientific experiments and will involve participants from the audience. This program, which is free and open to the public, will be particularly enjoyable for children and their families. Mr. Franklin's appearance is courtesy of a grant awarded to the Lycoming County Historical Society by the Free and Accepted Masons.

Benjamin Franklin is portrayed by Mile 'Mike' Kochan who is particularly interested in sharing the scientific experiments of Ben Franklin and will undoubtedly recount his famous kite-flying tests. Mr. Franklin will be presenting a PowerPoint presentation regarding his experiments, followed by several hands-on experiments.
