We welcome two new members to the Lycoming County Historical Society Board of Governors.

Matthew Di Rocco

Matthew Di Rocco was elected to the Board in April. He is the President of Airmen, a company that specializes in HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) systems.

Matthew Di Rocco was born in Montoursville, PA and is a lifelong resident of Lycoming County. Matt lives with his wife Yvonne in Loyalsock Township. In his early career, he was employed by AVCO Lycoming as the National Service Director for their Italian Diesel Engine Division based in Houston, Texas. Later in his career he went into the mechanical contracting field as a mechanical systems designer and sales representative for several mechanical contractors and later as a Northeast US and Eastern Canada Regional Project Team Leader for Trane AMS Services Division. Matt founded Airmen Mechanical Services in 2009 and currently is President of the company located in Montoursville, PA.

Matt has various interests and hobbies including gardening, cooking and restoration of antique vehicles and historic homes. He and his wife are currently preserving and restoring two buildings in Williamsport. Matt is also an amateur researcher in local history.

Lisa DeVito

Lisa DeVito was elected to the Board of Governors at the May meeting. She is a native of Lycoming County, born in Williamsport and raised in South Williamsport. She grew up in the family business, The Bicycle Center, which has been owned in the family for four generations.

She received an Associate of Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene from the former Williamsport Area Community College (now the PA College of Technology), a Bachelor’s in Dental Hygiene Education from Bloomsburg University, and a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from the University of St. Francis, Jolliet, Illinois.

She not only works in the Lewisburg office of Dr. David Robinson (since 1992), but also is a faculty member in the Department of Dental Hygiene at PA College of Technology (1996– ). She currently serves as the advisor for the Student American Dental Hygiene Association.

She enjoys spending time with her husband Jake Flook and working on the family genealogy with her mother, as well as reading, cooking, and a love of the arts and music.
